The journey back to my body has been the most important journey of my life.

I know exactly how it feels to be disconnected from your body. To watch other women own their femininity and feel envy. To not know what you're longing for.

I was the strong, independent woman who performed for five and held everything together. Until my body said no more. I was signed off work with stress at 25. I thought life was just supposed to be this way. No contact with my body or my feminine power. I felt so confused, so lost in the world.

Instead of listening inward, I was the good girl who did everything right — for everyone else, but not for myself.

How the course is structured

This journey guides you step by step back to the body. From a life in your head and in performance to more presence, self-contact, and life force.

The course is built around nervous system regulation, somatic rituals, and self-love. Each module includes teaching and somatic practices that help you feel, integrate, and start living more from the body. There are nearly 30 recorded rituals inside the course.

It's a self-paced course laid out over 6 weeks — but you can move through the material at your own rhythm. That means you can take it faster or slower, depending on what feels right for you.
