Sometimes we need a space that is entirely our own. Where we can be exactly as we are, ask the questions we don't dare ask anyone else — and go deeper than what's possible in a group.

In private coaching I meet you exactly where you are. I work holistically — with the body, the nervous system, thought patterns and relationships. My sessions last around 90 minutes and include somatic communication, because I trust the body's intelligence.

I have nine years of experience and have coached hundreds of people through deep personal change.
