1. Seller and platform

The seller of the content is Hanna Ideäng. The website and payment infrastructure are provided by the Idun Blue platform (Ideäng Productions AB, reg. no. 559473-1530, Sweden); card payments are processed by Stripe.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Installment plans and subscriptions state their amount and interval before you confirm the purchase.

3. Delivery

Digital content is delivered immediately after purchase through access via your account. Login details are sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

Exception for digital content: for digital content delivered immediately (online courses, downloads and similar), you expressly agree at checkout that the content is made available right away and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once delivery begins (Consumer Rights Directive, art. 16(m)). That consent is confirmed in your receipt email.

For subscriptions, the 14-day withdrawal right applies to the contract; you can additionally cancel any subscription ahead of the next billing period.

Your statutory rights regarding faulty services or content are not affected by any of the above. Contact us and we will help.

5. Subscriptions and memberships

A subscription renews automatically at the interval stated at purchase until cancelled. You can cancel at any time with effect from the next billing period.

6. Intellectual property

All course material and content belongs to Hanna Ideäng or its licensors. Your access is personal and may not be shared, resold or redistributed.

7. Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong with the content or service, contact us and we will make it right. EU consumers can also use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).

8. Personal data

How we process your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
