Under EU consumer law you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases.

Digital content delivered immediately: the clear notice beside the purchase button states that completing the purchase means consenting to immediate access and acknowledging that the right of withdrawal for the digital content ends when delivery begins. The consent is confirmed in your receipt email.

For subscriptions, the 14-day withdrawal right applies to the contract; you can additionally cancel any subscription ahead of the next billing period.

If you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can submit your notice and receive a timestamped receipt through our online withdrawal function.
