Refund Policy

1. 14-day money-back guarantee
Every course and program from Hanna Ideäng comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you change your mind, for any reason, you get your money back. No forms. No friction. No "let us hop on a call to talk you out of it."
2. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout, with the subject line Refund. Tell us the order date and the program name. That's it.
3. When you'll see the money back
Refunds are processed within 5 business days, back to the original payment method. Stripe handles the actual transfer; depending on your bank it can take another 1-2 days to appear on your statement.
4. After 14 days
After the 14-day window, refunds are not granted. The work is yours to do at your own pace, but the agreement is final.
5. Live programs and retreats
For live programs (BLOOM, retreats, 1:1 coaching), specific cancellation terms are stated at checkout and override this default. Read those terms before purchasing — they always win over the general policy.
6. Subscriptions
Community memberships and other recurring plans can be cancelled any time. The cancellation takes effect at the next billing cycle. We don't pro-rate partial months, but we don't auto-renew without warning either.
